Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the construction and manufacturing sectors.
- Maintain and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential buyers.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in accordance with company pricing policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of steel products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction, hardware, or steel industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and sales documentation.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila to meet with clients and visit project sites.
