Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads within the Surabaya area.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high retention rates.
  • Present product demonstrations and sales pitches effectively to convert leads into paying customers.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and participate in promotional activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to enhance brand reputation.
  • Attend industry networking events and trade shows to expand the company's market presence.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for high-potential candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required by business needs.
  • Valid SIM A (driving license) is an advantage for field sales activities.
