Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide expert product recommendations based on individual customer skin types and beauty needs.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory organization according to company standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payment procedures.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and current beauty trends.
- Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising tasks.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the store management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Well-groomed appearance and a genuine interest in beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operation.
