Prima Audio Indonesia, the authorized distributor for BOSE, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Store associate to join our retail team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the face of the BOSE brand, providing an immersive customer experience and helping audio enthusiasts find their perfect sound solution.
As a Sales Store representative, you won't just be selling products; you will be acting as an audio consultant. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge home theater systems, noise-canceling headphones, and professional audio gear. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, results-oriented, and eager to drive sales while maintaining the high standards of luxury service associated with the BOSE name.
Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by demonstrating and explaining BOSE product features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store-wide sales targets consistently.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and product display integrity.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and accurate recording.
- Process transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest audio technology trends and product releases.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in premium retail, electronics, or luxury consumer goods is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Energetic, target-driven, and highly disciplined.
- Ability to work in a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance consistent with a premium brand image.
