Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, welcoming, and professional service to all store visitors.
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand customer vision and style requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that suit their facial structure and lifestyle.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support with patience and care.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with current eyewear trends and product knowledge to offer expert advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding product specifications and measurements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional attitude.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for transaction processing.
