We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Store (Sales Toko) to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing product displays, and driving store sales performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach and engage customers to identify their needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Deliver comprehensive product explanations to highlight features, benefits, and value to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure a seamless point-of-sale experience.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store, including product arrangement and shelf cleanliness.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to track performance against store targets.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability and manage replenishment needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and capable of working in a team environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
