Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily sales floor operations and team supervision
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report to senior management
- Train new staff on product knowledge and sales techniques

- Manage inventory control and stock replenishment processes
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure service excellence
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics departments for promotions

Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with GPA ≥ 3.0
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems)
