Tanggung Jawab
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve assigned revenue targets and business objectives within the designated area
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to maximize productivity and achieve quotas
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address any client concerns or complaints
- Conduct regular field visits to support team members and maintain client relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
