- Lead, mentor, and motivate the FMCG sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth
- Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships with major distributors and retailers
- Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns across assigned territory
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights to the management team
- Ensure optimal product availability and distribution across all sales channels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in sales management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field visits
