Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to optimize individual and collective performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the Central Luzon area.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics for senior management to track progress against KPIs.
  • Foster strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to ensure long-term client retention.
  • Conduct regular field visits and sales audits to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Manage inventory and logistics requirements to support seamless sales operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the sales industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail or B2B sales processes in the Philippine market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
