Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate retail sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor daily sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement corrective actions
- Develop localized sales strategies aligned with Tempo GROUP's consumer product portfolio
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Manage inventory control and visual merchandising in assigned retail locations
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and community stakeholders
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and actionable recommendations for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years retail sales experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in consumer products
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Advanced proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep understanding of Jawa Timur retail market dynamics
