Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for leadership and sales excellence? Visvona Trades is looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our growing team in Miri, Sarawak. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between management and the sales floor. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that customer service standards are met, and driving revenue growth through strategic coaching and effective team management. We offer a competitive salary package of RM 2,500 to RM 3,000 per month, along with a unique work schedule that provides mid-week flexibility.
The successful candidate will work from Thursday to Monday, with Wednesdays off, allowing you to lead our team during peak weekend shopping periods. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the sales team to ensure all targets and KPIs are met.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to sales associates.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management regarding performance trends.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure the sales floor is maintained according to company visual merchandising standards.
- Implement and oversee promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment for both employees and customers.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Team Lead, or in a similar senior sales role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be available to work the required shift: Thursday to Monday (Weekends included).
- Solid understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Minimum of an SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in basic office software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
