Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and expand the company's client base.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team member productivity.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for management on team performance and market trends.

Kualifikasi
