We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales operations in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and penetrate new customer segments.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and negotiate contracts to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate closely with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management.
- Represent GAMA Foods at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our brand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with the poultry or food industry is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
