Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimal Diploma (D3) degree in any major
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Proficient in MS Office and sales management software
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang and work full-time
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven
