Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve KPI results.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the merchandising team.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss sales performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Uphold company policies, visual merchandising standards, and brand image at all times.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales associates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales and supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
