Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily sales operations and supervise retail team performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Train and motivate sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for stock availability
- Analyze sales data to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and visual merchandising
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales supervision or retail management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in retail sales metrics and KPI analysis
- Familiarity with consumer products market in Jakarta
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
