PT Calista Raya Abadi is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our growing team in Denpasar Timur, Bali. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving our retail performance, leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional service experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, mentoring staff to improve their performance, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in executing our sales strategies and contributing to the overall success of PT Calista Raya Abadi in the Bali region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase store revenue and market share.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate sales staff to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product displays are attractive and up-to-date.
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for management on team performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a positive brand experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience working in retail sales or as a team lead/supervisor.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Residing in or willing to work in the Denpasar Timur area.
