Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily outlet operations to ensure maximum efficiency and professional presentation.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide expert technical advice to customers regarding air-conditioning units and electrical appliances.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment.
- Develop and implement local sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare detailed daily and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales management or a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air-conditioning products, or home electrical appliances is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing a sales team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is a significant advantage in the Johor Bahru market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet retail demands.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
