Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with market opportunities
- Identify and expand new market channels and business partnerships
- Analyze sales performance data and implement improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign alignment
- Prepare sales reports and present insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (minimum 3 years' experience)
- Proven track record in sales team leadership within consumer products/retail
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and market analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
