- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives in the retail/consumer products sector
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve performance targets
- Collaborate directly with the Director to expedite approval of promotional and marketing plans
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new growth opportunities
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare strategic reports for leadership

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales team leadership experience in retail/consumer goods
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong strategic planning and promotional campaign development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
