Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve/exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and market conditions
- Monitor team performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement strategies
- Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and negotiation skills
- Collaborate with marketing to coordinate promotional campaigns and lead generation activities
- Analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and recommend process optimizations
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and present performance insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years sales experience with 1+ years in supervisory/leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Experience in developing and implementing sales training programs
