Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement training modules to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
- Monitor sales activities and analyze data to identify trends and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with management to define sales strategies and operational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in conducting training and performance evaluations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
