Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching to staff to drive improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to ensure promotional efforts align with broader business goals.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complex client issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance reviews to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, retail management, or a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, train, and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
