Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3+ years experience as Sales Supervisor in FMCG sector (cosmetics/tissue preferred)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Semarang and surrounding areas (mandatory)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills
