Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize productivity and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive showroom traffic and customer engagement.
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to foster professional growth.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve conflicts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with the finance and inventory departments to ensure smooth loan processing and vehicle availability.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Foster a positive, professional, and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Basic knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and insurance products is highly desirable.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
