Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's network of retail partners.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights and reports for management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust tactical approaches proactively.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between sales, logistics, and marketing departments.
- Resolve complex client issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales reports and utilizing CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of adaptability and ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive targets.
- Deep understanding of the retail landscape in the Jakarta area.
