Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's network of retail partners.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights and reports for management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust tactical approaches proactively.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between sales, logistics, and marketing departments.
  • Resolve complex client issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales reports and utilizing CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • High level of adaptability and ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive targets.
  • Deep understanding of the retail landscape in the Jakarta area.
