Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the roofing sales team to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve their closing skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance metrics and prepare regular reports to track progress against targets.
- Coordinate closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management, specifically within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Valid driver's license (may be required for client visits).
