Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly branch revenue targets.
- Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and professional development to the roofing sales team.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance and provide on-the-spot coaching.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key contractors, developers, and project owners.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance summaries for senior management.
- Ensure that all sales documentation and order processing are executed with high precision and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the Sales department.
- Strong background in the construction, hardware, or roofing materials industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Cauayan City, Isabela.
