Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed performance targets
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular coaching to team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
