In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our commercial success, overseeing daily operations, mentoring a talented sales force, and cultivating long-term relationships with key clients in the advertising sector.
As our Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for translating high-level business goals into actionable sales strategies. You will play a hands-on role in identifying new market opportunities, managing display project lifecycles, and ensuring that our team consistently meets and exceeds monthly revenue targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated sales team to maximize performance and achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for advertising materials and custom display projects.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to capture new market segments and expand our customer base.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis for senior management.
- Collaborate with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of display projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within the advertising materials sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales leadership, preferably within advertising, print, or retail display materials.
- Strong background in B2B sales and project management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer-centric service.
- Residency in or willingness to commute to Pantoc, Bulacan.
