We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Supervisor to spearhead our market entry and expansion in Jakarta Selatan. This is a high-impact role designed for a professional who thrives on building brand presence, fostering key account relationships, and driving revenue growth in the competitive alcohol retail and hospitality sector.

As our Sales Supervisor, you will be the face of our premium alcohol portfolio, responsible for managing sales teams, optimizing distribution channels, and ensuring our products are positioned for success in high-end bars, clubs, and retail outlets across the capital. If you possess a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, we want you on our team to help define our footprint in Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive market penetration for our alcohol portfolio in Jakarta.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) and premium retail sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including bar managers, restaurant owners, and distributors.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Oversee product merchandising and ensure brand compliance across all assigned outlets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to monitor performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably within the FMCG, alcohol, or luxury beverage industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Jakarta F&B market and existing professional networks within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire field-based sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies and translate them into measurable sales growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales reporting.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta Selatan.
