Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Identify and develop new client relationships across manufacturing, retail, and FMCG sectors
- Conduct field visits to assess client needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and close deals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and client acquisition plans
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Train sales staff on product specifications, negotiation techniques, and CRM utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record in paper packaging, industrial supplies, or FMCG sales
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex enterprise deals
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Strategic mindset with ability to analyze market data and develop actionable plans
