Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the B2B sector in East Kalimantan.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture high-value leads to convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, sales coaching sessions, and training to enhance team capabilities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role in the B2B industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue growth in the Indonesian market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for effective communication.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
