Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor and manage daily sales transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate closely with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely product delivery to retail outlets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors in the region.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration in Banjarmasan and Samarinda.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales supervisory or management role within the consumer goods or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the East Kalimantan region as required.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
