Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach field sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor retail store inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail partners and store managers.
  • Conduct regular field visits to evaluate store performance, display standards, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably within the FMCG or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and retail performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Jakarta Barat area.
  • Proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
