Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the Digital Office and Security systems market.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the Jakarta region.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis to track team performance and regional trends.
- Collaborate with technical departments to ensure seamless installation and service delivery for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the Security Systems, IT Infrastructure, or Office Automation industry.
- Proven track record in team management or supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM software.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach to customer service and conflict resolution.
- Willingness to travel within the Jakarta Utara area as required.
