Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans for electronics manufacturing products
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve performance targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for leadership
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure product-market alignment
- Conduct sales training sessions to enhance team capabilities and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in electronics manufacturing or industrial sector
- Proven leadership experience managing sales teams of 5+ members
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and sales metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
