Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or related health sciences field
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in ethical division
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and ethical compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
