Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the Pasir Gudang branch.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships with key industry clients.
  • Lead and supervise sales activities to ensure team targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and negotiations with prospective customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches proactively.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure high retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales, marketing, or supervisory role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as lead a team in a target-driven environment.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for local client visits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software usage.
