In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our premium coffee equipment finds its way to new and existing customers. You will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth equipment installations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and expand the sales portfolio for coffee and beverage equipment in the Yogyakarta region.
- Conduct site surveys and perform professional installation of machinery at customer locations.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve product issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or equipment sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Basic knowledge of coffee machines and commercial kitchen equipment is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) is required for site visits.
- Reside in or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta, DI Yogyakarta.
