Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and fundamental KPIs for the assigned territory.
- Supervise and monitor the daily performance of the sales team, ensuring rigorous execution of sales strategies.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and capacity building for sales representatives to improve their professional capabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to expand distribution and visibility.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Manage inventory allocation and stock availability at the point of sale to prevent lost opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and operational standards across the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Sales Supervision or Team Leadership within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Strong understanding of modern and general trade retail environments.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data reporting.
- Willingness to be based in Madiun and perform regular field visits.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
