Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the HORECA channel in the Makassar territory.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure individual and collective KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Identify and penetrate new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, and cafes to expand our market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including order tracking, distribution efficiency, and collection processes.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against organizational goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, specifically within the HORECA/Food Service sector.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and coaching field sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Makassar regional market and local business dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
