Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the HORECA channel in the Makassar territory.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure individual and collective KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Identify and penetrate new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, and cafes to expand our market reach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights to management.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including order tracking, distribution efficiency, and collection processes.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against organizational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, specifically within the HORECA/Food Service sector.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and coaching field sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the Makassar regional market and local business dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
