Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for both gas appliances and water pump products in the Jakarta Pusat region.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure optimal team performance.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new agents and retail partners (toko-toko) to expand Winn Gas's distribution network.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales, and prepare accurate sales reports for management review.
- Ensure effective product promotion and visibility across all sales channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide market insights and feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in consumer goods, particularly within the gas appliance or water pump industry, is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and retail landscapes in Jakarta Pusat.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
