Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets for Hand & Power Tools.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective KPIs within the Jabodetabek region.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitor activities.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management to support informed decision-making.
- Provide technical product training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge.
- Monitor and optimize the distribution and stock availability of tools across various retail and project sites.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the sales department, preferably in construction, hardware, or power tools industries.
- Strong understanding of the Jabodetabek market landscape and existing connections within the retail/industrial network.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire performance.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel frequently within the Jabodetabek area.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field is preferred.
