Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for showroom and promotional events
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable feedback to team members
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and healthcare providers
- Conduct product training sessions to enhance team product knowledge
- Coordinate logistics for health equipment exhibitions and demonstrations
- Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Supervisor in retail/showroom environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Experience in health/medical device or wellness industry preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
