- Conduct accurate sales forecasting and market analysis for the Horeca sector.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key Horeca clients, including restaurants, hotels, and cafes.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent performance.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance presentations for senior management.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and customer service departments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in the food, beverage, or Horeca industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales forecasting methodologies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with B2B clients.
