Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Horeca sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for new customer acquisition in Bali's hospitality sector
- Strengthen relationships with existing Horeca clients to increase sales volume and retention
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review
- Oversee accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collections and healthy cash flow
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for Horeca partners
- Train sales team on product knowledge and customer relationship management techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Horeca or hospitality sector
- Proven track record in team leadership and sales target achievement
- Strong understanding of Bali's hospitality market and key industry players
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing accounts receivable and financial reporting
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
