Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing daily sales operations and ensuring team performance targets are met.
- Mentoring, coaching, and training Sales Staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitoring sales metrics and preparing performance reports for management review.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Resolving complex customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conducting regular team meetings to align on goals and share market insights.
Kualifikasi
- Must meet all standard qualifications of a Sales Staff member.
- Previous experience in team management within the automotive or retail industry is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
