Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching and feedback to team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction across all sales channels
- Prepare sales reports and present performance metrics to senior management
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to develop effective promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and mentoring
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
